Botika is a Peruvian-Asian restaurant at the Pearl hosting a blindfolded meal experience.
Experienced and casual foodies alike will put their taste buds to the test at a blindfolded dining experience hosted by Botika at the Historic Pearl.
The Peruvian-Asian fusion restaurant is holding "Dining in the Dark," which features a three-course secret menu requiring diners to use taste and smell to shed light on their plates.
Guests can opt for meat, seafood or vegan courses for the 90-minute meal, which will include a starter, dinner and dessert.

The blindfolded meals will showcase Botika's Chinese-Peruvian and Japanese-Peruvian dishes that earned the restaurant the Express-News' top rating upon opening in 2016.
Botika will hold the event at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 19, Feb. 9, Feb. 23 and March 8. Tickets are on sale now for $80 per person and guests must be at least 12 years old.
